By using Cadence, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The Service

Cadence is a productivity tool for tracking your build-in-public journey. We provide daily check-ins, weekly summaries, and shareable progress cards. The service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• You must provide accurate information
• One account per person
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Cadence

Your Content

You own the content you create on Cadence. By using our sharing features, you grant us permission to display your content publicly as directed. You're responsible for the content you post — don't post anything illegal, harmful, or that violates others' rights.

Acceptable Use

Don't:

• Use the service for anything illegal
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Abuse, harass, or spam other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the service

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings.

Disclaimer

Cadence is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uptime or that the service will meet your specific needs. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
